This image is reminiscent of a landing bay from a science-fiction movie. It’s geometric architecture suggest an empty space to accommodate some sort of spacecraft. The source image for this came from a subway stop beneath Grand Central terminal in downtown Los Angeles.

There’s a certain minimalist serenity to the image and the fact that light comes from both above and below makes it feel like we are floating somewhere in the upper atmosphere
